Here''s a winning recipe from News-Gazette Good Sport Arnie Yarber, longtime owner of Po'' Boys: POLISH/BEEF SANDWICH Ingredients: Your favorite Polish sausage, roast beef, your favorite barbecue sauce (Arnie''s is a secret), hot dog buns. Instructions: At home, cook the beef in the oven to your liking, then cut into thin slices. Grill the Polish sausage (Arnie prefers to cook his in hot grease, but that will be tricky in a parking lot). Pile the Polish and the beef onto a hot dog bun. Sop it with barbecue sauce.
