In baseball
■ Urbana 8, Danville 1.
KIEL KING pitched a complete-game two-hitter and BRIAN SUMMERS smacked a two-run home run for the host Tigers in Big 12 play. MYLES KELLEY added two RBI and TANNER RUSSELL and DUSTIN LARD each had two hits for Urbana. CHASE THURSTON had a hit and an RBI for the Vikings.

■ Westville 15, A-P 5. TYLER DICKEN went 3 for 4 with an RBI and TANNER COX was 3 for 4 with two RBI for the Tigers.

■ Clinton 1, St. Teresa 0. JOSH MERRICK struck out nine in a complete-game two hitter for the Maroons, who got an RBI hit from GREG OSGOOD in the fifth inning.

■ A-L 3, Okaw Valley 1. TYLER SCHURING pitched a complete-game two-hitter and ANDY WEBB went 3 for 3 with two doubles for the host Knights. JEREMY PLANK chipped in a hit and an RBI.

■ Rantoul 10, GCMS 0. KYLE FLESSNER had eight strikeouts in a six-inning one-hitter and KOLTON VERMILLION had two hits and three RBI for the host Eagles. CURTIS CROW added two hits and two RBI.

■ Cissna Park 22, St. Anne 1. DYLAN REETZ was 4 for 4 with two RBI as host Cissna Park pounded out 15 hits.

■ Olympia 4, M-S 3. JOE KENNEY had three hits and DALTON KERANS had two for the Bulldogs, who wasted a solid pitching effort from JACK RETTIG.

■ Maroa-Forsyth 6, Tuscola 4. ZACH BATES had two hits and two RBI for the host Warriors.

In softball
■ B-H 7, Milford 6.
LAUREN McKENZIE had two hits and three RBI as host Bismarck-Henning held on. LINDSEY ANDREWS and BRITTANY RIBBE each added two hits in the win. For Milford, ERIN McNALLY had two hits, including a three-run home run in the top of the seventh.

■ Schlarman 7, G-RF/C 3. SYDNE BRYANT doubled in two runs and JOSLYN DIETZEN had three hits for the Hilltoppers, who got two hits from MARIA RANGEL. MEGAN BURRIS had two hits for Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman.

■ Westville 11, A-P 6. KYLIE LESKO scattered eight hits in the win. JOHANNA BRUENS homered for the Trojans.

■ Rantoul 21, Urbana 4. CARSON CHURCH went 3 for 5 with four RBI as the visiting Eagles broke it open with a nine-run first inning. KRISTYN GRAYBILL and JORDAN SMITH each had two hits and three RBI for Rantoul, which got a home run and three RBI from HANNAH CARGO. CHELSEA SKINNER and TAYLOR LOVETT each had a hit and RBI for the Tigers.

In tennis
■ St. Thomas More 6, Danville 3.
NATHANIEL THOMAS, BRYTON BUI and JESSE DANKLE won in both singles and doubles for the host Sabers. TYLER ELLIS won twice for the Vikings.

In track & field
■ At Mattoon.
CASHMERE BLISSETT and DAVION FOSTER finished 1-2 in the long jump and triple jump — each winning one event — as Champaign Central won a three-team meet. Other Maroons to win: JOE HORVAT (high jump), COREY WHITE (3,200), MARTIN WALWIK (110 hurdles) and JAYLEN GUY (300 hurdles). Third-place Tuscola got wins from STEPHEN GIBSON (shot put), AUSTIN REXROAD (pole vault), JOHN EVANS (400) and CHRIS WEST (100, 200).
