Tuesday's prep highlights: Champaign baseball teams all win

■ Centennial 4, Jefferson City, Mo. 3. Jeff Lindgren had two hits and Greg Huss drove in two runs as the Chargers (3-0) remained unbeaten on the team’s spring trip to Fort Pierce, Fla. Lindgren and Huss each scored runs. Anthony Martin picked up the pitching win, allowing no earned runs. Austin Johnson worked three innings and earned a save.

■ St. Thomas More 12, Palm Bay, Fla. 10. The Sabers finished off a win Tuesday in a game started Monday but delayed by rain in Melbourne, Fla. Mike Plecki and Storm Joop each had two hits in the team’s opener, and Sean Sullivan drove in two runs. Cam Deedrich scored three runs, and Tyler Vodacek scored twice. Austin Tabeling was the starter Monday and worked two innings before the rains came. Noah Johnson pitched the first four innings played Tuesday and got the win. He fanned three. Joop pitched the seventh and picked up a save. The game ended with Palm Bay runners on second and third.

■ Champaign Central 8, Turner Ashby, Va. 3. Joe Aeilts had three hits and two RBI to lead the Maroons in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Jon Foster had three hits and two runs in the victory. Starter Zach Williams pitched five solid innings, and reliever Lucas Wilson recorded the save.
