Friday's prep highlights: Fiedler tosses one-hitter
■ Fisher 10, Deer Creek-Mackinaw 0. Hayden Fiedler struck out six in a one-hitter for the Bunnies. Kyle Williams was 3 for 3 with an RBI. Brad Pettenger had two hits and three RBI. Teammate Will Gollihur was 2 for 3 with two RBI.
■ Cissna Park 5, Tri-Point 1. “The bright spot was Ben Jennings,” Cissna Park coach Darryl Focken said. “If we don’t make the error in the seventh (inning), he pitches a shutout.” Jennings struck out five and allowed four hits in a complete game. Jake Montgomery was 2 for 3 with an RBI. Tyson Rogers had one hit and two RBI.
■ Iroquois West 21, Donovan 0. Payton Stiers allowed two hits in a complete-game shutout for Iroquois West. Jonah Carney had three hits and four RBI. Trenton Miller had two hits, three RBI and a stolen base. Jake Schroeder had two hits, two RBI and three stolen bases. Gabe Rushbrook had two hits and three RBI. Another Raider, Austin Conrad, had two doubles and two runs.
■ Eureka 3, Prairie Central 0. Darren Raby had two hits for PC. Tyler Rafferty struck out three.
■ Judah Christian 9, Buckley Christ Lutheran 2. The Tribe scored eight runs in the first two innings in Rantoul. Ian Allender struck out 10 and allowed two hits in a complete game. Allender had two hits and four RBI. Dylan Hamilton was 4 for 4 with three runs and two RBI.
■ St. Thomas More 7, Maroa-Forsyth 5. Braxton Parisi was 3 for 4 with two RBI for the Sabers. Harrison York and Mike Plecki had two hits and a triple apiece. Storm Joop earned the save, pitching the final inning in relief of Parisi. York and Harrison had key hits in the inning STM scored to break a 5-5 deadlock. Maroa-Forsyth outhit the Sabers 14-9.
■ Cerro Gordo/Bement 27, Arcola 2. CG/B scored 21 runs in the first two innings en route to its win by the 10-run rule. Daniel Mendoza had two hits and two RBI for Arcola. Devin Warren, Cristian Mendoza, Dalton Pantier and Justin Kuhns had a hit apiece.
■ Clinton 12, St. Teresa 0. Shalyn Houston struck out four in the complete-game shutout for the Maroons. Haley Ginger was 4 for 5 with three RBI. Nicole Brewer had two hits.

■ Schlarman 15, Milford 3. Shelby Mascari had three hits, two runs and three RBI for the Hilltoppers. Abby Muehl had two hits and three RBI. Hailee Powell had two hits and one RBI. Rachel Wallis had one hit, two runs and three RBI. Alissa Totheroh had two hits and a run for the Bearcats. Taylor Simpson had one hit, one run and one RBI.
■ Watseka 9, Clifton Central 7. Taylor Bauer struck out 12 for the Warriors. Bauer was 2 for 4 with an RBI. Katie McTaggart had two hits, including a home run, and three RBI. Colleen Suchy had one hit and one RBI.
■ Fieldcrest 10, Blue Ridge 0. Morgan Woliung pitched a complete game for the Knights (15-13), who were held scoreless.
■ Mahomet-Seymour 13, Eureka 12. Ashley Anglin scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning on a wild pitch for the Bulldogs. Anglin was 3 for 4 with four runs and three RBI. Alyssa Spoerer had three hits, including a home run, and three RBI. Lucy Stahl was 3 for 4 with an RBI. Madison O’Donnell had two hits. Mollie Spoerer, London Acree and Jessica Hammack had one hit apiece. Anglin led off the decisive inning with a walk. One out later, Emily Ziegler beat out an infield hit. The throw went past the first baseman, and Anglin raced to third base. She scored the game-winner on the next pitch.
■ Arcola 9, Cerro Gordo/Bement 4. Klaire Karmazinas was 3 for 4, including three doubles, for Arcola. Taylor Edwards had three hits, including a home run. Haley Wright and Stephanie Shook each had two hits for CG/B. Kristi Krigbaum was 3 for 4. Edwards fanned 14 and walked one batter.
In girls’ soccer
■ Monticello 5, Judah Christian 0. Eilish McLean had two goals for the Sages in a first-round Class 1A regional tournament match at home. Hayley Rollin and Kia Smith had a goal apiece. Lydia Lienhart had two assists. The Tribe’s Cara Nash had 18 saves. The Sages advanced to a Wednesday semifinal match at 5 p.m. against top-seeded Charleston on the Trojans’ field. The second semifinal match is between St. Thomas More and Urbana Uni High.
