ST. JOSEPH – Isaiah Olson and Zach Becker each scored 16 points to lead St. Joseph-Ogden past Salt Fork 57-52 in boys' basketball Saturday.
Blaize Cumbow scored seven of his nine points in the fourth quarter to help the Spartans hold on.
Jared Jones had 18 points for Salt Fork.
OVC tournament. At Decatur St. Teresa, Ryan Koncel had 18 points as Monticello beat Shelbyville 60-47 in the Okaw Valley Conference tournament. Trever Drake added 15 for Monticello, which used a 15-6 first-quarter run to pull away.
In other tournament action, Craig Black scored 17 points but Sullivan fell to Maroa-Forsyth 75-52. Jacob Peterson chipped in with 11 points for the Redskins.
Unity 56, Springfield Calvary 53. Zebo Zebe had 15 points and Colby Schaffer added 14 as Unity took third place at the AC Central Tournament. Dane Paul, who was named to the all-tournament team, finished with two points.
IW 55, Grant Park 43. Kyle White had 18 points and Luke Lustfeldt added 14 points and seven rebounds as the Raiders won at home. Iroquois West put the game away by making 16 fourth-quarter free throws.
Scott Dietz had a team-high 11 rebounds in the win.
Clifton Central 58, STM 47. Clayton Reiser scored 16 points for St. Thomas More in the Sangamon Valley road loss.
Watseka 59, BCL 17. Corey McTaggart had 14 points and six rebounds as the Warriors won by holding Buckley Christ Lutheran scoreless in the first half.
Adam Kaufman had 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Crusaders.
