Recently: Won the Spartan Classic in dominating fashion, finishing 3 miles in 14 minutes, 56 seconds. That was 15 seconds better than second place.

I'm driving ... a 1996 Isuzu Trooper.

Before I compete, I eat ... salmon and rice.

In 10 years ... I'm probably going to be going around the world on a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, serving my time after graduating from Annapolis.

My first job was ... playing guitar for 8:30 services at the Presbyterian church in Monticello.

A perfect Saturday night would be ... staying at home with nothing do, watching a movie or playing video games in my PJs.

I'd love to have a date with ... Angelina Jolie.
