Thursday's prep highlights: Tabbs help top Tuscola
At Arthur. Ashley Tabb had 15 digs and Brooke Tabb added 12 digs for the Lancers in their 20-25, 25-17, 25-22 victory against Tuscola.
Sherelle Coller chipped in with 15 assists, five digs and four aces in the victory.
SAM KOHLBECKER had 22 assists, nine digs, two aces and one block for the Warriors.
At Bement. Sabrina Hinton had nine blocks, five kills and four digs, but the Bulldogs lost 25-19, 25-13 to Sangamon Valley.
Samantha O'Brien recorded 10 assists and four digs for Bement, which got six digs from Alyssa Hendrix.
At Lovington. Cali Melton had seven assists and five aces for Argenta-Oreana in its 25-12, 16-25, 25-12 victory against Lovington.
At Sullivan. Taylor Wallis recorded 14 assists, five digs, two aces, two blocks and one kill for Sullivan in its 27-25, 25-21 loss to Windsor.
The Redskins' Lauren Harris added five blocks and five digs, and Paige Neuhauser had seven digs and five kills.
At Champaign. The Chargers needed three sets to top Lincoln 22-25, 25-21, 25-23.
At Cissna Park. Erica Baillie had 22 assists in a win against Armstrong-Potomac and 16 assists in a loss against CPCI at the Timberwolf Tip-Off.
In girls' golf
At Gibson City. EMILY SPANGLER earned medalist with a 42 for Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley, which defeated Fisher 186-269 at Railside Golf Club. The Falcons received a 47 from MIKAYLA WOODWARD.
MIKAYLA JOHNSON paced the Bunnies with a 56.
At Sheldon. Hoopeston Area's Megan Grimes and Iroquois West's Lindsey Luehrsen shared top honors with 47s in a three-team match at Shewami.
JORDYN BASLER shot a 53 for Milford, which won the team title by 2 strokes against the Raiders.
In boys' golf
At Gibson City. GCMS' Christopher Witteman and Fisher's JAKE WARMOTH tied for medalist with 41s at Railside.
The Falcons, who got a 47 from Andy Bleich, finished first by 5 strokes against runner-up Heyworth.
At Villa Grove. Shiloh's Justin Bruce took top honors with a 45 at Tri-City Country Club.
The Raiders, who also got 46s from Hayden Kile and Colin Bailey, won the triangular match against Salt Fork and Villa Grove.
Issac Bennett paced the Blue Devils with a 49. Jacob KatavicH and Courtney Lafoe each carded 50s for the Storm.
At Sheldon. Medalist Kyle Pool recorded four birdies en route to an even-par 36 for runner-up Iroquois West, which lost by 1 stroke to Donovan in a four-team match at Shewami.
Tyler Lottinville led Milford with a 48, and Ryan McGill paced Hoopeston Area with a 52.
At Grant Park. Neil RhoAdes shot a 53 to lead Watseka in a dual match against Grant Park, which took the team title at Minne Monesse.
At Meridian. Alana Dukeman carded a 45 to pace Arcola/Arthur in a four-team match won by Sullivan.
At Decatur. Nick Berger shot a 40 and led Judah Christian to victory against Decatur Lutheran at Scovill Golf Course.
In boys' soccer
Urbana 8, Eisenhower 0. JONATHAN LUKUSA had two goals and two assists for the Tigers in the Big 12 match against host Decatur Eisenhower.
MIGUEL FIERRO had a goal and an assist for Urbana (1-0).
Blue Ridge 4, Iroquois West 0. J.J. MALONE recorded a hat trick for the host Knights (2-0), who received a goal and an assist from Conner Builta. JOHN JONES added two assists in the victory.
Uni High 9, SJ-O 0. Patrick Wong and Paul Seeley each scored twice for the visiting Illineks against St. Joseph-Ogden.
St. Thomas More 3, Heyworth 0. Dan Shin had three goals for the host Sabers (2-0).

At Sullivan. CAMERON HARVEY finished first in 17 minutes, 41 seconds to pace Sullivan/Okaw Valley at Tabor Park.
The Redskins, who swept the top five spots, defeated Teutopolis 15-47. BILL BROWN was second (18:19), MICAH PLANK third (18:47), CODY CARMAN fourth (19:16) and WALKER HERZOG fifth (20:05).
In girls' cross-country
At Sullivan. HANNAH ROBINSON placed fourth in 23:53 for Sullivan/Okaw Valley at Tabor Park. Teutopolis defeated the Redskins 18-39.
In girls' tennis
At Normal West. Centennial's Allison HansEn defeated Normal West's Amanda Studnicki 6-3, 6-0 in their No. 1 singles match.
