Recently: Won the regional title at PBL and led the state-ranked Rockets to the team title

In his own words: "We'd really like to go out on top, especially with our top five being seniors. I'm confident in our team. We've worked really hard all year."

I'm driving ... an Oldsmobile.

What's the farthest you've run? 9 miles

I'm winning the Illinois Marathon ... when I decide if I'm ever going to do one.

In 10 years ... I hope to be a civil engineer. I want to do swimming pools.

My first job ... was life-guarding for the Champaign Park District.

I need concert tickets to ... Mister Mister.

My favorite postrace meal is ... Panda Express.

My favorite prerace meal is ... pizza. I prefer Home Run Inn.

Who does better with the ladies at Unity, football players or cross-country runners? Definitely cross-country

Favorite athlete? My coach, Dike Stirrett

Could you take Brian Cardinal in basketball? I can't shoot a free throw to save my life.

In her own words: "We had a good feeling. We wanted to get revenge on teams that had beaten us. We were a lot more intense, and our passing was a lot better."
