In a battle between schools unbeaten in Big 12 Conference play, the Vikings made the most of their eight shots, scoring twice, while Normal Community (8-2-1 overall) couldn’t find the net on any of its 14 attempts. Mikee Maniquis and Gracson Torres scored for Danville.

Recently: Hit a home run in seven consecutive games. On Friday, she hit two two-run homers to account for all the runs in a 4-3 win against Unity.
■ SJ-O 15, Iroquois West 1. Winning pitcher Hunter Hart (7-1) struck out nine in four innings for host St. Joseph-Ogden (16-5), which got a three-run home run from Louis Acklin. Aaron Woller went 2 for 2, including a solo home run, in the victory, and teammate Chase Gadau had two hits and four RBI. Henry Gerritson hit a home run for the Raiders.
St. Joseph-Ogden 14, Cissna Park 0. HUNTER HART threw his second no-hitter in the past week, and the visiting Spartans cruised to a win in six innings. Hart struck out 12 and walked four.
"He was tremendous with his fastball," Cissna Park coach DARRYL FOCKEN said. "We had very few good swings."
■ St. Joseph-Ogden 1, PBL 0. Hunter Hart struck out 14 while throwing a no-hitter, outdueling freshman Jonathon Walder to lead the Spartans to a home win. SJ-O scored the game’s lone run in the third when Josh Poulter stole two bases and reached home on Jordan Buhs’ single.
