Recent accomplishments: Root was the Big 12 runner-up and cut 23 seconds off his previous best 3-mile time of the season.

Recent accomplishments: PBL volleyball was 3-0 last week. Had 14 assists and six aces against Clifton Central, 15 assists and 14 digs vs. Schlarman, and 11 digs and nine assists against CPCI.
