N-G Teams of the Week

Unity boys' basketball

The Rockets picked up a pair of impressive wins in back-to-back games, Maroa-Forsyth and state-ranked Bloomington Central Catholic in the Kesslers Shootout. In the process, senior guard Zebo Zebe became the first Unity player since Brian Cardinal to score 1,000 points in a career.

Arthur boys' basketball

The Knights remained undefeated in LOVC play with wins against arch-rival Lovington and a blowout against Atwood-Hammond. Shiloh girls' basketball

The Raiders haven't lost in a month, winning 10 straight including a pair of wins last week in which they held opponents to fewer than 25 points. Shiloh beat Arthur-Lovington 60-17 and Villa Grove 48-21. Shiloh is 20-1 on the season with the lone loss coming to LOVC rival Tuscola.

Danville boys' basketball

The young VIkings are starting to come on as evidenced by a 48-43 upset of state-power Centralia on Saturday. D'Lando Carter's 14 points paved the way for the Vikings, who pulled the shocker without starter Mario Crosby.
