High school football scoreboard Oct. 11-12, 2013

Toby Rivera of Central went wild in a win at Danville, rushing for more than 300 yards and five touchdowns. Unity handed Monticello its first loss. Other winners include St. Thomas More, Urbana, Centennial, Fisher, Arcola, B-H and SJ-O.
