In girls’ basketball:
St. Thomas More 76, Momence 15. The Sabers stormed to a 32-2 first-quarter lead en route to a 61-point home win. Randa Harshbarger had 13 points and five steals in the opening quarter for STM, finishing with 18 points, eight steals and eight assists. Teammate Tori McCoy added a double-double (20 points, 11 rebounds).

Judah Christian 57, Cornerstone Christian 42. Kristina Lee scored 30 points and Leslee Chambers produced a double-double (10 points, 14 assists) to lead the visiting Tribe.

Unity 50, Sullivan 43. Rebecca Maxwell hit three threes and scored 13 points to lead the Rockets to a road win. Emily Neuhauser scored 20 points for Sullivan, which shot 5 of 20 at the foul line.

Mahomet-Seymour 68, Olympia 26. The Bulldogs breezed to a home win behind Kristen Belyea’s 14 points and Hannah Charter’s 11 points and eight rebounds.

Watseka 42, St. Joseph-Ogden 36. The Spartans scored 16 points in the fourth quarter but the rally fell short in a road defeat. Taylor Bauer scored a game-high 15 points for Watseka, which led 34-20 through three periods. Bailey Trimble led SJ-O with 14 points.

LeRoy 52, Fisher 22. The Panthers rolled to a home win behind Lauren Russell’s five three-pointers and 21 points. Caitlin Cole had 10 points and 12 rebounds for Fisher.

Okaw Valley 34, Arthur Okaw Christian 18. Hanna Erwin scored 11 points for the Conquering Raiders in a road loss.

Flanagan-Cornell 41, Ridgeview 32. Paige Jones had eight points, six rebounds and four steals for Ridgeview in a home loss.

Heyworth 53, Blue Ridge 31. Jamison Brandt (15) and Gabby Pearl (14) accounted for all but two of the Knights’ points in a road loss.

Oakwood 42, Chrisman 41. Harlena Hardin scored 12 of her 15 points in the second half to rally the Comets, who trailed by five points at halftime, to a home win. Sarah Ellis scored 15 points for Chrisman.

Iroquois West 83, Clifton Central 12. Led by Elena Sanchez’s 24 points, a dozen Raiders’ players scored in a lopsided home win.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm 48, Salt Fork 45. The Buffaloes improved to 7-1 behind Callan Hall’s 12 points and 18 rebounds in a home victory. Kalyn Learnard scored 10 points for the Storm.

Clinton 57, Maroa-Forsyth 41. Megan Tool’s 18 points propelled the Maroons (8-1) to a home win.

Milford 38, Armstrong-Potomac 36. Samantha Wilken scored eight of her game-high 20 points in the fourth quarter to lift the host Bearcats. Kylie Thrush and Wilken finished with 11 and 10 rebounds, respectively, for Milford. Morgan Zindars led A-P with 14 points.

Tuscola 36, Monticello 35. The Warriors hung on for a home win behind Amber Miller’s 12 points and six rebounds. Teammate Erin Weaver racked up 15 rebounds to go with eight points. Elise Pontious led the Sages with 10 points.

Warrensburg-Latham 60, Argenta-Oreana 54. The Bombers lost at home despite 24 points, 15 rebounds and six blocks from Kandie Bloch.

Schlarman 52, Bismarck-Henning 45. Sydne Bryant sank six threes and scored 22 points for the Hilltoppers in a home win. Abby Bergman led B-H with 21 points.

Westville 50, Hoopeston Area 46. The host Tigers built a 34-15 halftime lead and held on to edge the Cornjerkers. Danielle Gabehart had a double-double (14 points, 12 rebounds) and Ashley Hoffman totaled 16 points, six rebounds and five steals for Westville. Shelby Holzinger scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Hoopeston Area.

Pontiac 61, Rantoul 59. The host Eagles lost despite 32 points and 15 rebounds from Hannah Wascher. Jasmine Riggs added 10 points for Rantoul, which led 29-24 at halftime.
