Recently: Delivered the area’s only title at the Big 12 meet, winning the 50-yard freestyle race in 22.61 seconds.

In his words: “It was a real good day. I was happy with the win. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to swim at state.”

In her words: “The fact that all of us have been together for so long, it was something Coach (Dan Sappenfield) set as a goal when we were freshmen. We knew we would be the ones to win the (LOVC).”
