Recently: Staff ace and Parkland recruit threw a perfect game — the third of her career — in a 1-0 win against Deer Creek-Mackinaw in a Class 1A regional championship game.

In her own words: "After the first couple innings I thought about it and how cool it would be. But after the game ended, the umpire came up to me and gave me the ball and said, 'You know you threw a perfect game.' I wasn't keeping track. I was just trying to keep runners off base."

I'm driving ... a 2010 Chevy Cobalt.

I'm always texting ... my friend Maggie.

I need concert tickets to ... Jason Aldean.

In five years ... I want to be starting a job as an accountant.

My go-to pitch is ... my riseball.

My favorite pitcher ... is Cat Osterman.

What's better, hitting a home run or pitching a no-hitter? Pitching a no-hitter because that doesn't happen as often for me.

My first job ... Babysitting

Who does better with girls at Centennial, discus throwers or quarterbacks? Our quarterback looks like he plays in JFL, so I'd say discus throwers.

In five years ... hopefully I'm graduating college, throwing in college.

My pre-meet meal is ... a pretzel and cheese and a hot dog.

My favorite athlete is ... Dwight Howard.
