Colin Likas on preps | You heard it here first

It might not feel like spring outside. Just ask the seven athletes who stopped by The News-Gazette this past Wednesday for the photo on D-1 with temperatures near the freezing mark. But it's time for our third segment of the 2017-18 high school sports season, which kicks off Monday with baseball and softball games on the docket.

On campus, March 10, 2018

Sophomore Vincent Gordon, from Centennial, earned U.S. Track and Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association All-America honors with his performance at the NJCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. At The News-Gazette, we're looking to turn this feature into something more than a PDF featured on the website and the couple of print pages seen over two separate weeks.
