1. Prairie Central (3): The Hawks may not have won the challenging Class 1A Coal City Regional, but they sent five athletes to state and received titles from Drew and Brandon Hoselton.

2. Clinton (1): After capturing their own Class 1A regional crown, the Maroons pushed a quintet of competitors to state and were led by sophomore Micah Downs (third at 182 pounds).

3. Mahomet-Seymour (2): Coach Rob Ledin's club won its own Class 2A regional, and three of its athletes moved on to State Farm Center. David Griffet was runner-up at 285 pounds.

4. Monticello (5): A surprise team victory in the Class 1A Shelbyville Regional led to coach Andy Moore's team advancing Ethan O'Linc and Henry Dawson to the state tournament.

5. Oakwood/Salt Fork (7): With three grapplers moving on to the state finals, coach Mike Glosser's squad continued to show its a force to be reckoned with in the postseason.

6. Unity (8): Though none of the Rockets' four state qualifiers experienced a deep run, first-year leader Logan Patton is building a solid foundation for future Rockets success.

7. LeRoy/Tri-Valley (6): The Panthers posted a respectable runner-up display in the Class 1A Clinton Regional and saw Carson Schaefer enter the state event at 138 pounds.

8. Hoopeston Area (9): Even with a fourth-place display in the regional round, the Cornjerkers wound up with two state qualifiers, including 126-pound semifinalist Ezra Elliott.

9. Westville/Georgetown-Ridge Farm (10): Both Mason McBride (120) and Hayden Copass (285) found slots in the Class 2A state competition, proving the Tigers can battle with the best at low and high weights.

10. Danville (—): Anthony Turner netted the top seed at 132 pounds in Class 2A to pace a Vikings contingent that gave Mahomet-Seymour a scare in regional action.
