At Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, University of Illinois Facilities & Services is replacing 14 sections of limestone exterior to which railings are attached, as well as the railings, for safety reasons, said Bridget Lee-Calfas, Krannert's publicity and marketing director. A crane had to be used.
