VIDEO: Monticello house catches fire

Plumes of smoke billowed out from a house across the street from Monticello High School on Thursday evening. Firefighters arrived on the scene to put out the attic fire after a neighbor noticed it and dialed 9-1-1, ushering the two residents in the house to safety.
