Timbrel Brigade

On Saturday, February 18, 2012 The Salvation Army’s Timbrel Brigade conducted a clinic for instruction of tambourine routines.

The Salvation Army has a history of integrating a variety of musical instruments into it’s worship experience. Champaign has a team of women who are known throughout the nation for their expertise in “Timbrel Routines”.  Several of them participate annually in the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California, marching for miles while playing in The Salvation Army’s Timbrel and Brass Band Brigade.
