UI students learn by running own restaurant

The Spicebox is a student-run restaurant at the University of Illinois. Run by students in the Hospitality and Management program, each senior of the Fine Dining Management Course must plan and staff a themed fine dining meal. Guest chefs are often invited to help with the meal. The course teaches students preparation, serving, and merchandising skills.
