Do you need a healthy dose of "old school, new-fangled, funky, country, western rock'n'rollabilly" in your life? Need to dust off your boots and get down with an old-fashioned throwdown? Look no further, dear reader: Wild Earp & the Free For Alls are coming to the Rose Bowl Tavern this Friday night.

Described as taking the listener "on a road trip across Americana," Wild Earp cuts new paths through the dense reeds of country, folk, rock, bluegrass, and everywhere in between. From his bio: "His songs are of a man who's spent too much time alone int he forest, the prairie, the mountains, the desert, and the barroom." Toss in a dose of social commentary, a strong sense of humor, and a wild card sensibility, and you have the recipe for a hootenanny that's sure to leave you dizzy from dancing.

Live music heals the soul and keeps us connected with each other in a way few other media can provide. So why not come on out and get dusty with Wild Earp & the Free For Alls for a free show at the Rose Bowl. Friday night, 9 pm. No cover.
