The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you: UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

and which said mortgages were made by JOHN TROY BATES, a/k/a J. TROY BATES, Mortgagor, to LONGVIEW BANK (Counts I & II); LONGVIEW BANK, formerly known as FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OGDEN (Count III), and said Mortgages recorded as Document Nos. 2001R12571, 2002R14829 and 2008R08273, respectively; Assignment of Rents and Leases recorded as Document No. 2008R08274 (Count I); 2007R03559, (with a Modification of Mortgage recorded on July 2, 2010, as Doc. No. 2010R13801) 2008R08273 and 2013R02785, which Mortgage was re-recorded on September 30, 2013, as Doc. No. 2013R23681, respectively; Assignment of Rents and Leases recorded as Document No. 2007R03560 and also an Assignment of Rents and Leases recorded as Document No. 2008R08274 (Count II); 2008R08273, 2008R20708, (with Modifications recorded as Document Nos. 2012R1879, 2012R16561 and 2017R16908), 2010R23803 and 2013R02785, which Mortgage was re-recorded on September 30, 2013, as Doc. NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois on or before August 16, 2019, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint.
