The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you: NORMAN C. HUBBARD, NONRECORD CLAIMANTS and UNKNOWN OWNERS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Champaign County, Chancery Division, by the said Plaintiff, against you and other Defendants, praying for foreclosure of a certain Real Estate Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

LOT 475 OF WELLERS HOLIDAY PARK SIXTH SECTION, A SUBDIVISION IN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK N AT PAGE 18 IN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

Tax Number: 44-20-15-331-012

commonly known as 1105 KENWOOD RD CHAMPAIGN IL 61821; and which said Real Estate Mortgage was made by NORMAN C. HUBBARD and recorded in the Office of the Champaign County Recorder as Document Number 2016R07807; that Summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.

Now, therefore, unless you, the said named Defendant, file your answer to the Complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the office of the Circuit Court of Champaign County, located at 101 EAST MAIN ST., URBANA, IL 61801-3324, on or before May 7, 2021, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
