Occupational Safety and Health Advisor –

Occupational Safety and Health Department

The Division of Safety and Compliance at the

University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign is

seeking a full-time Academic Hourly to perform

occupational safety and health hazard

assessments, make recommendations for

corrective actions, and provide ongoing support

during implementation.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and a

minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. IDPH asbestos professional licensure or an ergonomic

certification are desired. This is a temporary position expected to last about 1 year but no more than

2 years.
