Phil VanSwol, right, of Mahomet, joins his daughter, Samantha, 7, behind her father, and friend, Mackenzie Petrick, 7, far right, also of Mahomet, in finding out about Lee the Horselogger's travels after VanSwol flagged the traveler down in Mahomet on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. VanSwol, who noticed the 'Need Feed' sign on the front of the wagon, helped direct Lee to the Grace Church parking lot where the church's pastors, the Rev. Tom Douglas and the Rev. Andrew Powell, gave him permission to camp out with his horses for the night. Lee, whose mode of travel has been a way of life for the past seven years, said his next logging jog was Pittsburgh.
