URBANA — A Champaign woman has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery Friday afternoon on the city's west side.

Two men are also wanted in connection with the case, according to a police report.

Dashiona Shanae Fonville, 25, who listed an address in the 1400 block of Kings Way, Champaign, was charged Monday with armed robbery and aggraveted battery indicating she had a weapon.

Fonville's bond was set at $200,000. She is due back in court Aug. 13.

A Champaign police report said a 23-year-old man was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash at 12:15 p.m. Friday at South Staley Road and West Springfield Avenue. The report also listed two other alleged offenders, a 24-year-old man and a 23-year-old man.

On Monday afternoon, Champaign police declined to give additional information about the case.
