Today ... it's Baylor! Next season, though, it's time for Oregon to hoist the trophy at the 2020 national championship game in New Orleans. College basketball writer and AP Top 25 voter SCOTT RICHEY weighs in with his way-too-early Top 10 for the 2019-20 season:

RANK, TEAM COMMENT

1. Oregon

Sabrina Ionescu opting to return to Eugene is a game changer for the Ducks, who lose just one senior.

2. Stanford

Four starters will return from this year's Elite Eight squad, and the Cardinal add the No. 1 2019 recruit.

3. Maryland

Terps' coach Brenda Frese will welcome back her top five scorers and welcome in four five-star recruits.

4. South Carolina

Illinois Ms. Basketball Brea Beal is one of four five-star recruits joining what will be a veteran team.

5. Notre Dame

A lot depends on if Jackie Young comes back, but Irish will have young talent, including Anaya Peoples.

6. UConn

The Huskies have to replace two All-Americans, but, let's be honest, there's talent on that bench.

7. Baylor

Bears will still be able to run a dangerous inside-out with Lauren Cox and Juicy Landrum next year.

8. Texas A&M

The Aggies' top four players this past year were sophomores, including elite scorer Chennedy Carter.

9. Oregon State

Destiny Slocum running the point and a frontcourt that goes 6-3, 6-3, 6-6, 6-7, 6-9 could be ridiculous.

10. Louisville

Finding an Asia Durr replacement is just as important as the Cardinals hanging on to coach Jeff Walz.
